Fast Flatbread
Use per flatbread:
- 25 grams plain flour
- 25 grams Greek yogurt
To make dough:
- Mix the flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl until a dough
forms.
- Knead the dough for a couple of minutes until it becomes smooth and
elastic.
Proof the dough for 30 minutes, resting it in a dark, warm location,
then cook as follows:
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Divide dough and roll flat.
- Cook flatbreads individually for 1-2 minutes on each side, lightly
oiling the pan surface before each.
Overcooking will result in a dry, tough flatbread.
