Fast Flatbread

Use per flatbread:

To make dough:

  1. Mix the flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for a couple of minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Proof the dough for 30 minutes, resting it in a dark, warm location, then cook as follows:

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide dough and roll flat.
  3. Cook flatbreads individually for 1-2 minutes on each side, lightly oiling the pan surface before each.
Overcooking will result in a dry, tough flatbread.
